How
can I view the latest issue of ACNR online?
All of the archived copies and individual sections of
ACNR magazine are posted in PDF (portable document format) files.
We recommend viewing these files with Adobe Acrobat Reader, available
as a free download from the Adobe website. Simply click the image
below to download the latest version if it is not already installed
on your computer:
It
is possible to view the PDFs for each complete magazine in your
browser online. However, these files are extremely large (approx
9Mb each), and we would advise that you download them to your desktop
first. You can do this by visiting our back
issues page: simply right click on a cover image and select
the "Save Target As" option to download the PDF file and
save it to your computer (estimated download time 20 minutes with
a 56K modem).
Alternatively,
you can view individual sections of past and current issues online
or download them to your desktop. Individual sections of the most
recent editions of ACNR can be found by visiting our back issues
page and selecting "view contents". This will take you
to a page listing the titles of all the individual sections of that
particular issue. To download an article right click on the highlighted
text and select the "Save Target As" option. To view the
article online simply left-click the highlighted text.
How
do I add my name to your e-mail list?
To keep you up to date with the latest news in neurology
and to let you know when the latest edition of ACNR is available
online we send out an e-mail newsletter once every two months. To
add your name to our list simply add your details to our e-newsletter
mailing list.
Do
you have a subscription service?
Yes. ACNR is sent bi-monthly with our compliments to specialists
in the field of neurology and rehabilitation in the UK. For overseas
subscribers, there is a charge of £25 per year for the paper
copy (42 euros). Simply send us your details with a cheque in pounds
sterling made payable to "Whitehouse Publishing", 7 Alderbank
Terrace, Edinburgh EH11 1SX, UK. UK specialists can register to
receive the magazine by completing and submitting our online
subscription form.
Are
back issues available on CD?
Back
issues of each year's copies of ACNR are available on CD for a small
charge to cover production costs. Please contact Rachael
at ACNR for more details.
